2. Description of Service

Swapra Exchange provides a platform for purchasing cryptocurrency gift cards for various exchanges including but not limited to Binance, Bybit, Gate.io, Crypto.com, KuCoin, OKX, Huobi, and Bitget.

  • Gift cards are delivered digitally via email
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Promotional discounts are subject to change without notice
  • Gift card codes must be redeemed on the respective exchange platforms

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB, Solana)

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. The final amount charged will be based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

Gift card codes are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. For cryptocurrency payments, delivery occurs after the required network confirmations are received.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Resell gift cards for profit
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Provide false information during registration or purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

Swapra Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
