Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible for Refund

  • Gift card code does not work and cannot be redeemed
  • Duplicate charge for the same order
  • Wrong gift card value delivered (different from order)
  • Technical error preventing code delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Gift card has already been redeemed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect platform selected by customer
  • Request made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Account suspended due to policy violations

Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for refund.
  2. Verification: We will verify the issue within 24-48 hours.
  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cryptocurrency Payments

For purchases made with cryptocurrency:

  • Refunds will be processed in USDT at the current market rate
  • Network fees are non-refundable
  • You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund

Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement gift card instead of a refund. This applies when:

  • The original code was invalid or already used
  • There was a system error during code generation
  • The customer prefers a replacement over a refund
